Payment

We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.

Security

You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard. If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.

Taxes

Returns

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from Donsixs.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. This means that such products are not returnable, unless there is any manufacturing error. For products bought from an authorised Donsixs stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for return / exchange. You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return any intact items.The returned items must be intact and in original packaging with hangtags. We reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the return amount if the product is not in its original conditions. On the Return Form, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment unless your product is faulty, and that we do not accept drop point delivery. During the holiday season, the return period might be extended. Note: Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Donsixs Stores. However, we are always happy to offer an exchange for a different product, colour or size. Please bring the delivery note or invoice to the store.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

Products purchased via our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase. If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping. We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item. If you have received the wrong product or size, we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. All products from Donsixs purchased from one of our stores or dealers are also covered by a 2-year warranty, but all claims need to be submitted through the store at which the product was purchased. However, if the store is no longer in business, please reach out to our customer service team at mail@Donsixs.com. Upon issuing a complaint, please note that a proof of purchase is required. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. As an extra service to customers who are signed up as a newsletter subscriber, Donsixs offers 6 months extra warranty. That gives you 2,5-year product warranty in total based on the same terms as stated above. The extended warranty is valid for products bought from Donsixs.com or in Donsixs stores after March 31st, 2023. Any products purchased before this date is covered by standard warranty.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact Donsixs. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service. If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Promotion

Our offers are only available for a limited period while supplies last. Donsixs reserves the right to stop these offers without prior notice. If a product is purchased online or in store prior to going on promotion, we are unable to refund the difference in price. When returning a product that was purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

Gift Card

A gift card purchased from the international webshop (Donsixs.com) cannot be redeemed at other local Donsixs webshops or physical Donsixs stores. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. A gift card can be used in multiple transactions until its value runs out. Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, as a priority the refund will be made to the payment method that is not the gift card.
